Common questions

What size should I pick?

2 x 2 in suits most designs. Go bigger if yours has lots of detail or several lines of text; smaller for a simple mark or initials.

Is that the size of the wooden handle?

No. The size you pick is the rubber design itself. The wooden mount is a little larger so it is comfortable to hold.

What colour will it stamp?

Whatever colour ink pad you use. The design is cut from one piece of rubber, so it prints one colour at a time.

Do I need to flip or mirror my design?

No. Lay it out exactly as you want it to appear on paper. We take care of the rest.

Can I use a photo?

Photos do not stamp well. A stamp prints solid black or nothing at all, so line drawings and bold shapes work best.

Why is my text flagged as too small?

Very small letters fill in with ink and turn into blobs. Make the text bigger, or choose a larger stamp.

What happens after I submit?

We make your stamp exactly as shown in the preview you approve. If our production team spots something that would stop it stamping cleanly, we will contact you before making it.
